Purpose: These cookies aid in the logging-in process and identify a logged in user to the website in order to allow use of the various features that require a user to be logged in and associated with a specific identity. These cookies record encrypted text, which identifies the user to the website and expires when the user closes their web browser.

Purpose: These cookies store information about the user’s actions and options on the website so that the user can be returned to the same state on each new page view.
