So far, so good! Walked to riverside farmers market on Sunday which I'd normally drive to. Same for the gym last night. And it was quicker!
resisted the temptation of car and bus today despite the drizzle, glad I did, it only started raining heavily when I sat down at my desk :-)
First after work cycle in the bag, let see if I can keep this up! Boom. ;)
Daily walk around Sophia Gardens from the office via the walk alongside the river, cross over and walk back to work past Pettigrew Tea Rooms. Weather good.
